Micro- and nanotechnologies in Switzerland
The only annual event devoted to the high-precision fields which combine the watchmaking & jewellery trade and micro-technology, over 10 years, EPHJ has become a business and trade platform overwhelmingly approved as an event not to be missed. In 2011, attendance increased again, with a 9 % rise in exhibitors, and a 10% rise in visitors.
WHY TAKE PART IN THE TRADE SHOW?
- A record satisfaction rate: 85% of the exhibitors in 2011 have already registered for 2012.
- The trade visitors to EPHJ - EPMT are international professionals; the majority of them hold positions of responsibility for watchmaking brands in relation to production, design, and R&D.
- Franche-Comté has been strongly represented at EPHJ for several years; it is the only foreign collective there. Trade visitors, who frequently already have exchanges with companies from Franche-Comté, are still takers of the region’s quality and know-how.
- It should also be noted that, in light of the seasonal nature of this business line, the month of June is favourable for seeking out technological or design innovations likely to be integrated into collections being created.
